The two kinds of Wren email
Account email — confirmations, beta invites and access codes, subscription notices, and similar. You need these to use Wren, so they can't be turned off here. To stop them, delete your account.
Marketing email — the weekly digest and product announcements. Optional — turn it off above, or with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
